Operator I. In this role you will learn and operate large‐scale CNC textile loom equipment used to produce carbon‐carbon

composite brake preforms. On‐the‐job training will guide you through a well‐defined progression roadmap. Job Overview

The Textile department converts carbon fiber strands into layered boards and cuts brake preform parts from these boards.

Machines are largely automated, but personnel must load and unload machines, conduct inspections, and manage material

weighing and stacking. Rotating Shift Structure 4‐on/4‐off rotation equates to 6‐months off every year! Rotating
