About the Role
Part-Time Maintenance Technician parttime Horizon Management Services is a premier property management firm known for
our dedication to excellence and superior service in managing residential properties. The Maintenance Technician will
play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of properties in the Janesville area. The schedule
for this position will be 3 days a week for a total of 24 hours. This position is responsible for performing a variety
of maintenance tasks, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and renovations to keep our apartment buildings in
top condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, excellent problem-solving
