About the Role
HW Staffing Solutions - - Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components according
to work instructions, drawings, and BOM; Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components to IPC
standards (IPC-A-610 or equivalent); Inspect solder joints and assembled components for quality, accuracy, and
workmanship; Conduct basic functional testing and document results per quality procedures; Identify and report
nonconforming materials or process deviations
