About the Role
Job Opportunity Run a team or multiple teams of installers. We provide all the sales, marketing, scheduling and project
coordination with utilities and inspectors. We just want you to do the electrical work and make sure that the jobs are
done to the highest quality with no call backs. Must have a thirst for knowledge, organized and clean, problem solver,
adaptable, reliable/helpful, positive attitude, think outside the box, humble and can take constructive criticism, team
player. Our specific best candidate will have a mix of residential and small commercial experience. Most of the work
will be one-day jobs and residential work. You get paid based on your production so you are your own salary cap. You can
