About the Role

Position Summary: Laser Cutting Machine Operator / Setup Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, and

programming of and laser cutting machines. Key Responsibilities: • Machine Operation & Setup • Set up and operate laser

cutting machines (fiber and/or CO2) to produce high-precision components. • Interpret and work from technical drawings,

blueprints, and CAD files. • Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently. •

Programming • Develop and optimize laser cutting manual programs using G codes and/or CAD/CAM software (e.g., Fusion

360, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam). • Adjust cutting parameters based on material type and thickness to ensure quality
