As a Zuma Chef de Partie, you are responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the
consistent preparation and execution of high-quality dishes. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to
uphold Zuma's standards of excellence and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Zuma is a contemporary
Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. Our global collection includes four venues
