residents' lives. Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule Maintenance
responsibilities: Provides carpet and floor care in residents rooms and common areas. Disposes of trash from common
areas and resident rooms. Additional duties may include cleaning windows, moving and arranging furniture. Perform
