About the Role
Maintenance And Operation Technician This position is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all heating,
ventilation, plumbing, electrical, pneumatic, and DDC equipment on campus; installing, maintaining, and repairing
ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment; identifying maintenance risks on equipment; diagnosing
electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems; cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing
preventative maintenance services. Must be available for overtime and on call situations. This position has been
evaluated for compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and is subject to premium pay for all hours worked in excess
