About the Role
Seasonal Maintenance Worker The City of Tukwila is seeking seasonal maintenance workers to join our team! The public
works department creates a foundation for high quality of life in Tukwila by protecting the health and safety of
residents, visitors, and businesses. Most of the work is performed outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
Occasionally they are required to respond to emergencies after hours in addition to their normal shift. They operate
trucks, flatbeds, commercial vehicles, and specialized heavy equipment. This is a seasonal/temporary position and will
not exceed 1040 hours in a 12-month period. These positions are also not eligible for health benefits or retirement.
