operating injection molding machines, inspecting plastic components, and assisting with assembly processes in a
manufacturing environment serving medical, automotive, and aerospace industries. This is an entry-level role focused on
light-duty, repetitive tasks with strong on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. Operate injection
molding machines safely and in accordance with standard procedures. Remove molded plastic parts and inspect them for
cosmetic defects and quality compliance. Perform additional processes such as sonic welding and pad printing as
