Food Production Worker

About the Role

Machine Operator Food Production This role operates production machinery in a high-volume food manufacturing

environment, focusing on mixing and the initial stages of tortilla production. You will handle ingredients, monitor and

adjust equipment, and accurately record production data in the ERP system while following strict food safety and hygiene

standards. Operate and monitor mixing machines and related production equipment at the start of the tortilla production

line. Set up production machinery, including equipment start-ups and adjustments, to meet product specifications for

size, weight, and quality. Properly and safely replace mesh and Teflon belts as needed to keep equipment running
